Welcome to BMW Rent Delhi. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.

A valid government-issued ID and driving license (if self-drive is requested) must be provided.

A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, depending on availability and seasonal demand.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.
3. Vehicle Usage

The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.

Any damage caused due to negligence, misuse, or accidents will be the renter’s responsibility.

Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving.

The renter must follow all traffic laws and regulations.
4. Chauffeur Services

Our chauffeurs are professionally trained and verified.

Customers are requested to treat chauffeurs respectfully and cooperate during the rental period.

Chauffeur duty hours are fixed and extensions may incur extra charges.
5. Fuel Policy

Fuel is included only for chauffeur-driven services.

For self-drive rentals, the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery.
6. Liability

BMW Rent Delhi is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to vehicle unavailability or emergencies.
7. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after the rental period.
8. Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of Delhi, India.

The courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
